1) After watching the video above, click here to visit the Earth Day 2013 website.
2) Have a look at the #faceofclimate pictures. If you have an idea for a picture, please explain in your EDB book.
3) Click the 'Learn More' link at the top of the Earth Day website page. Read and discuss the "Earth Day 2013: The Face of Climate Change" text - taking turns to read aloud with your partner.
4) Summarize the key points in your EDB book.
5) Now, back on this page in our website, scroll down to the 'Green Growth: A Historical Timeline of Earth Day and Green Awareness' graphic.
6) Carefully read and discuss the text with your partner. When you are done, choose one fact you would like to learn more about and research it.
7) In your EDB book, do a report on the information you find.
8) When you are finished, click here to calculate your Environmental Footprint. Take a picture of your results and upload it to your ePortfolio. PLEASE NOTE: click the button for the USA version- and answer the detailed version of the questions.
9) Lastly, if you have an idea about something you can do to help our Earth and you would like to Tweet out a Tellagami, please make a plan in your EDB book then get the iPad to record it.
